Here is a picture of a water bear making its way across the underside of the cover glass. One can see the tiny claws the animal uses to hold on to material while feeding.

Great shot Ron Very Happy I haven't seen a water bear in a long while. Kind of like watching Stylonychia crawl across your coverslip. Very Happy
