A New Article...The Homemade Combined Macro Lens

Post by twebster »

Hi y'all :D

I put the squeeze on the editor and he's posted Tom Burger's article on making simple lens connectors utilizing toilet paper rolls. You can read the new article at...

Thanks for a great contribution, Tom. :D

Best regards to all as always, :D

Thanks Tom (and Tom) . I will print out the article if that is ok, and try my hand at this, but do not hold your breath....I am not good at this stuff. I will wait until I am told it is ok to print out the article.

It has been said many times that, "necessity is the mother of invention," and it is very well stated in this article and the example you have provided Tom. A great article with excellent photographs for the serious "do it yourselfers." I often wondered how you were doing it Tom, now I know. Thanks. :D

And a big THANKS to you Tom W. and the rest of the staff for making these articles, among other things, possible :D

Thanks everybody for the positive reaction. And Sue (and others from the formam) you can print it if you like it as a manual.

All the best,
