spider

Post by paul »

This spider appeared on my window in the light of the sinking sun a few weeks ago. Can't say anything about ID, unfortunately. It is essentially backlit, but I used a reflector (casserole lid) to get some detail of the underside. The background is bush in total shade.

This is a view we seldom see of spiders, appears as though there is a strand of silk coming from the spinners and a great use of kitchenware. A very good shot of the crawler along with some creative thinking. Nice work Paul. :D

Very cool lighting on this spider paul. Almost looks like microscopic Darkfield illumination. very interesting :)
